Year End Part One: A Review of 2019. Wins, losses and things learned.
When starting your own online business, it’s crucial to begin with a clear goal in mind. Many people overlook this significant first step and think, “How can I make goals if no money is coming in?”
I say - how can you make any money if you don’t have any goals to begin with??
Goals give your business direction.
The best goal setting is done by reflecting on the past and doing a thorough review of wins and losses. This enables us to move forward with a very intentional and clear plan.

I felt the need to do this episode first because there's substantial value to setting time aside for yourself and your team to reflect on the goals that were set at the beginning of the year in order to see how you did on these. OR if you didn't set goals then it still is important to review the wins and losses and to learn from these.
